Director
With over 20 years in the industry, David has worked on many large-scale projects with leaders in property development. In addition to being a Registered Building Practitioner, he is university qualified in a range of disciplines including Marketing, Construction and Real Estate.
Tom Simpson
Development Manager
As Development Manager for Sector Property Group Tom manages an exciting mix of current and future projects for the Group. Tom holds a bachelor degree in Construction Management from RMIT, and has worked in the industry for over 7 years.
Melissa Baudinette
Finance Manager
Melissa is Finance Manager for Sector Property Group. She supports the group by running and managing all the finance activities for the company. Melissa brings many years experience in the property and construction industry.

Project Administrator
Thomas brings attention to detail and energy to each project as he manages the range of Sector development sites across Melbourne and its surrounds.
Kathryn Docking
Design & Marketing
Kathryn brings marketing and design experience to the team, looking after all digital and print marketing collateral for Sector and its developments.
Toby Dunwell
Project Administrative Assistant
Toby assists with the facilitation, reporting and analysis of projects and relevant documentation with oversight from our project managers. He brings a bachelor degree in Project Management from RMIT and a keen eye for flying drones and video editing.
